It has come to mine and Josh’s attention that another Torrie Wilson fansite has decided to leech from our site again. Apparently, blacklisting their site a few months ago for reusing other content didn’t do the trick. So Amanda, if you’re reading, which I’m sure you are, it’s time that you learn that thieves never propser. To be really frank with you guys, I’ve lost count how many times this has happened before but history continues to repeat itself.

I don’t like bringing up subjects like this on the site, because they have nothing to do with Torrie and I really don’t want Torrie to come onto the site and see this online drama unfold in front of her; but the message doesn’t seem to get through. I’m very lucky to have Josh and Eric on board helping with the site and we truly lucked out in Josh joining us when he did, as he was able to provide you guys with the Australian Kids Choice Awards media a few days ago. It reflects poorly on me when someone is pathetic enough to do this, and seems to do this over and over again. So to Josh, I can only apologise enough because this isn’t my work to simply dust it under the carpet as I’ve done so many times in the past with Amanda, it’s Josh’s hard work and I won’t let that be taken advantage of.

To all our loyal visitors and to Torrie, I apologise for dragging this out onto the site but what else can I do at this point; it’s gone on long enough. I’m sure Amanda will see this as “recognition” for her site as she’s so dubiously pointed out in the past, so it’s my honour to give it to you. That said, just like the Diva herself, we’re gonna brush it off and let the show go on!

What better way to start off a brand new month, than with a big announcement? iTorrie is pleased to announce that we have joined forces with The-Covergirl.com! The-Covergirl.com was another of the web’s most informative and fun-packed Torrie fansites, however due to issues beyond the webmaster, Josh’s control, was closed late last week. They say, as one door closes another one opens and it’s a pretty big door to walk through - as Josh joins the official Torrie Wilson fansite! So please join me in welcoming Josh to the iTorrie team and let this mark the start of a bigger, better, bolder iTorrie!

We couldn’t be more pleased to have Josh join the team, not only is he a dedicated Torrie fan, but a dedicated webmaster as well! iTorrie celebrates it’s second birthday next month and creating this new partnership really gives us a reason us to celebrate; because with Josh’s Torrie-tastic resources and our outlet as Torrie’s official fansite and most popular Torrie source on the ‘net, the future is bright! SURPRISE! Do you love it or do you love it?! After an intense weekend, iTorrie has been completely transformed! I’ve been meaning to switch the site over to WordPress for the longest time but for such a big site it is a lot of hard work, so I didn’t want to do it unless I could go whole hog and change the layout too! And you know me, I don’t change layouts very often!

I was actually getting bored of the old layout so it felt like a perfect opportunity. The whole site is now running via WordPress, which will hopefully make the site run smoother and faster from now on! There’s still a few kinks I need to work out over the next day or so, but for the most part the site should be running smoothly! If you notice any broken links, feel free to contact us.

Now that the site is taken care of, I’m going to be paying some more attention to Torrie Board. If you’re not already a member, please sign up and get posting! We’ve had nearly 250 registrations but only a few active members; so if you are a member please post! I’m also pleased to announce that both our fanlistings now have over 200 members! Thanks everyone who’s joined, if you haven’t - go for it! I’ll be redesigning the fanlistings soon too!
