Torrie has finally updated us on her surgery, which she had last week. Check out her blog below:
Well guy’s I made it back from surgery alive!!!! I have to say that there for a minute I was pretty nervous about the whole deal! My surgeon, who was absolutely amazing scared me a bit right befor going under the knife…let’s just say that as I was stepping onto the little surgery table and starting to feel like I had about 10 shots of Petron’ tequila, my sweet little Dr. says to me “So Torrie are you ready to go?!” I looked at him with tears in my eyes ( I was crying all morning because I was so scared!) and said “I guess as ready as I will ever be, just please promise me that I won’t wake up paralyzed because of a mistake.” Ok so what words do you think came out of his mouth after that? …this is what he said….”Honey being paralyzed is the least of your worries with a surgery like this! You have a lot of major organs just on the other side of where I am working and if I just happen to accidently puncture any of them you could bleed to death easily!” so of course I asked him…”well what if that happens? I mean what can you do to help me?” He replied with ” Well, honey I will just have to cut you open all the way across your stomach and work hard to fix the problem and stop the bleeding….but you will end up with a pretty large scar across your stomach!”
Ok so call me crazy but I was inches away from taking off for the parking lot just at that moment! Instead I prefered to pray the hardest I have ever prayed that everything goes fine and dandy! The surgery did take a little longer than usual so of course when I woke up at 8pm the first thing I did after looking at the clock was feel for a cut across my tummy…and luckily everything went great. Needless to say, I am so very thankful that I got such a wonderful Dr. that went above and beyond. I am slowly starting to walk better and feel like my old self again…And just so you guy’s can see how absolutely horrible I can look, I decided to show you a couple pics of me after surgery in the hospital without of stitch of makeup on….now that’s love if you can get past that sight!
Anyway, I just wanted to fill ya’all in on how the back surgery went and let you know I made it…..leaving for Mexico on Thursday!…I will show you pics from that as well. (and hopefully I will look a tad better in those!)

im very happy tors surgury went well i hope she is able to come back i miss her she was the #1 diva everybody misses her and i hate how Kelly kelly think she is torrie cuz shes not half as good as torrie so torrie get well!!!!!!! and show her the REAL TOP DIVA! get well!

On the championship.. I’m sure they planned it awhile ago.. Maybe they were waiting for Torrie to return to begin the Tournament.. But since she didn’t.. I guess they had to go on with it without her..
agree with adam about the divas cs plus,i dont care about wwe anymore i just care about torrie….n im really happy for her cause she is gettin better
its a good thing that everything worked out ok i remember wen i got surgery i wuz scared tooo! but torrie im realy happy for you…an i sure do miss u very very much an hope to see u soon on WWE
sucks that she got released but I’ve gotten over that and I’m just glad shes healthy and her back is better

she did say her career was over “for now”….so now that she had surgery and take some more time off i hope she continues her wrestlin career cuz it ended way to soon and she never got a chance…i dont mean to sound selfish but its the truth please come back Torrie for one final run…the same can b said about trish, Lita, Molly and others
I love Torrie Wilson, she is my fav diva of all times! i vote for her on the 50 sexiest divas all the times i can because she is the sexiest and she is talented to…to me she is the definition of DIVA… i got 3 videos on youtube.com about her…i don’t know if she is going back to WWE but im happy because she will get well and she will do what she wants, if she wants to wrestle she will do it…if she want to make another thing she will do it…
I am glad to hear that your surgeries went well Torrie. I read what you wrote about fearing waking up parlayzed. It is a very scary thing to go through. I had a brain tumor taken out, and a stroke during my second surgery. I am not sure if it was an screw up, or just happened, but I woke up without the use of my entire left side. With rehab and therapy I now have full movement back of my left side, just not all the feeling yet. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that no matter what happens, you can come back from setbacks. My experiences have lead me to find what I want to do now. I am going to school to be a Physical Therapy Assistant, so I can help others that have to deal with those circumstances. Just wanted to tell you to hang in there, and I will look forward to seeing what you decide to do next when you are feeling better.
