To put on an end to Internet debating and hopefully, this will make us fans feel slightly better: iTorrie can confirm that Torrie in fact asked for her release from WWE.
Torrie will be commenting soon on her MySpace and here at iTorrie. There’s lots of theories and rumours on the ‘net but they are not true, let’s not tarnish Torrie’s release anymore and instead be happy for her. I’m guilty of WWE-bashing myself today, but they are not to blame. Again, let’s be happy for Torrie and respect her wishes! Keep supporting our girl!

Well, I rest my case. Torrie was one of the greatest Divas in the WWE. Her descision to leave the WWE was her choice, therefore we should all respect that. I am a huge fan of her and i will definitely miss Torrie in the ring but I will never forget Torrie.

I’m happy that she left. I am a big fan of her, but it’s time for her to go, because of the pain she went through, emotionally and physically. WWE never took her seriously, yet, she is feeling pain all over.

Awww. I’m so depressed now. I’ve seen her wrestle ever since I was 9! When she was in WCW. I’m really going to miss her. She’s still my hero and my favorite diva!. Torrie! You’ll always will have my support! The saddest part was that you never even had a chance at the WWE Women’s championship! I can’t believe WWE never really took you that serious. No, the saddest part for me is that Candice Michelle, Maria and Ashley Massaro is still here. All three of those ***** are jokes, and they don’t deserve to be in this company. Maria can NOT wrestle, that it’s sad. Ashley Massaro’s gimmick is a JOKE! You act strong, TRY to look strong, but are not strong. Candice Michelle is not worthy of the Women’s Champion when she had it. I saw her past “projects” and it was from soft porn, to whatever (i can’t explain the TV show that she was in).
I haven’t watch WWE since 2005-2006, because all I wanted to see was Torrie.

I really wish they would have given her a spcial goodbye. She’s been there so long and she has done a lot for the WWE. They should have given her the title even if it wasn’t for very long. When I heard the news I cried. It’s embarressing* to admit bu I did. She was my favorite.’m sad that I will never get to meet her or see her in person.
