Torrie has updated her MySpace with a new blog, unfortunately it’s a little saddening. In it, Torrie reveals that she has been advised by her doctors against returning to the ring. I personally, am really sad to hear the news and shocked too - I think we had all wished for Torrie to make a speedy recovery =( I know that Torrie wouldn’t want her career to end like this, she’d want to retire on her own terms. Hey Buddies!
Well, the trip to Orlando was great! I brought one of my best friends, Jill, with me as well as 2 of my brothers and I must say we really rocked Orlando! It took me over a week to recover, but it was all worth it!
My health is doing ok as far as back problems. I must say there are days that I wake up and ask myself why the heck I put my body through what I did the last few years but it’s all worthe it. I can never trade all of the awesome experiences that I have had in the WWE and of course all of the great life long friends that I have made along the way. I have been told by 2 back surgeons that I should never set foot in a wrestling ring again if I want to be moving around in a few years on my own. Pretty depressing if you ask me….I don’t even have some awesome memory of what my last match even was or who it was with. Hopefully it was with Victoria and I beat her! (-: I guess everything happens for a reason for sure. Regardless of not traveling with WWE as of late, I have actually been ridiculously busy lately working on more designs for my up and coming clothing line. I must say that I am soooo excited to wear some of the cool stuff that we are coming up with and I hope you are too! Only time will tell….
I had an awesome night out with my WWE friends in Orlando and also got to hit the mall with my best shopping partner ever, Michell McCool! That girl can SHOP! ..never ever thought that I could meet my match but I have and more. (-: I was pretty disappointed that I couldn’t have had some sort of role in Wrestlemania itself, but understand that priorities are not with someone that isn’t feeling their best ….maybe it’s better that I wasn’t a part of it who knows! It was pretty weird watching it as a fan though…I even had the experience of filing into the citrus bowl with everybody else and it was CRAZY!!!!!
I am heading over to Japan on the 17th of this month to host a wrestlemania viewing party with the fans and I am soooo excited! I love love love Japan and of course the show was so good that I can’t wait to watch it again.
I must say that I am absolutely going so stir crazy being home after traveling nearly 300 days per year for the last 7 years, but I am guessing that God is telling me to take a break. I hope that all of you take time for yourself sometimes because I am just feeling like time passes by wayyyy too quick! It’s actually good that I have had some time to rebuild some relationships that have been broken from all of the travel that I have done over the years.
Well, I hope that you are all doing awesome and would love to hear what you thought of the big wrestlemania show if you watched!

Hey. I can’t believe Torrie may never wrestle again, it’s so sad. I’ve looked up to her since I was a little girl. She’s my hero, and to never see her, or even hold the Women’s Championship is depressing. Torrie u r in my prayers, and I hope u feel better. Great Job with Jaded too!!!

Same here, i almost cried too…
and guys, if we really care about Torrie, we’ll understand what Torrie needs to do…she spent alot of time giving all her fans a great show…and maybe now she needs some time for herself… we know it’s gonna be very sad to see Torrie go, and i know it’s gonna be hard for her too…all that we can do now is just to Pray for her and support her descision…and who knows, maybe she’ll return…
I really hope Torrie gets to retire on her own terms, but it wouldn’t be good for her to go against her doctors’ wishes. Perhaps she can still have a TV role that’s less physical.
OMG torrie never to wrestle again is soo sad, i really wish there was some kind of miracle that could of stopped her back injury happening it is soo sad i hope she does not have to retire

OMG! my favorite wwe diva is leaving that is really depressingg=( I am going to miss her. I hope she comes and she gives us a goodbye and not just leave like that but i truly think she wont come back which is sad and depressing! Most of the times when wrestlers get an innury the doctors always tell them to “never wrestle again”
It’s kinda hard to believe since she does have the same back injury Trish had a few years ago
She’ll prolly be back…i really hope so all she has to do is keep doin physical therapy and yoga for her back from here on now and she’ll be fine

when i read this i wanted 2 cry so bad… torrie is leaving the wwe ?????? torrie is the only diva that i actually like from the wwe and to know that she is leaving without having to hold the title for once is sooooo drepressing and very sad!!!! i remember the 1st time watching torrie in samck down. it was a school girl match with dawn marie, fabolous moolah and may young. ever since then i have been traumatized with her.i have been watching every match on youtube and i have been supporting her from stupid ppl that say she cant wrestle and that she is just an eyecandy. torriie is so talented and i guess she is doing it 4 her own good,which is the correct thing to do. well i just hope torrie makes a big comeback when ever it is that she is coming back and gets a chance to become the greatest womens champ ever. ill pray 4 you torrie and i hope you get better so you can kick some ass and entertain us like you have always done! torrie youve ALWAYS be the num.1 diva no matter what!!!!!!!!

ok so the first wrestling match I ever watched was invasion in 2001 and i think i was in 4th or 5th grade or something like that but anyways the match was a bra and panties tag match with torrie and stacy vs trish and lit.Ever since i watched that watch i was a torrie fan I watch every week to see her in action and now that shes leaving its sad because I grew up watching her and it sucks becaus eshe needs to do whats best for her body but i relly wish she would atleast come back for a fair well match so that we can have a closing lol but torrie you will be soooooooo missed
I hope she listens to the doctor. I adore her very much. She’s talented and beautiful, but it’s not work risking her health for anything! I mean it’s obvious that she won’t get a title shot, because she would’ve gotten one a LONG time ago and for whatever reason the WWE is not letting her have it. I rather see her leave & improve her health then wrestle meaningless matches. I wish her all the best, and I hope she gets healthy and stays healthy, that’s the most important thing.

Torrie is my idol I look up to her seeing all the pain and stress she has gone through in her life! i dont get how her back is causin her this much of a problem its not like she wrestled tough matches like Trish, Victoria, Lita etc.

trish#1fan I know but Trish and that was lucky to not get seriously injured and when they did they recovered within weeks. But just one wrong Move (ie. Torrie) then it can put you out of Wrestling for months or in Torrie’s case years!
I hope Torrie does whats best for her and IF she does leave then i hope she makes just one last appearance on WWE tv to say her goodbyes..

Guys, seriously, is the WWE Womens Championship more important than Torrie’s health? I don’t think so. See, it looks her that some of you just want her to win the title and your forgetting what pain and risk she’s gonna go through. I not saying that Torrie should leave because she’s also my favorite WWE Diva but if your a real fan, consider her health to. And eventhough she hadn’t been the WWE Womens Champion, she was victorious for winning all the fans support and hearts…she doesn’t need a belt to make her look good and strong, she’s already good and strong and she doesn’t need a popularity boost beacuse she’s on top.Dont you guys notice that?…Our Torrie is the One in a Million Diva with just the support of her fans, us…
Of course the Women’s Title is not more important that Torrie’s health, as much as I don’t want to see her retire from wrestling… like I said.. she could always take up a NON wrestling role for a few months while her back recovers. Like JBL did, his body deteriorated over time and he took 2 years off as a commentator to recover, Triple H had 8/9 months off to recover. Sure.. I want to see Torrie back just as much as the next person, but Torrie’s only been out for 4 months… that’s not a long time in WWE. She’ll get better eventually and WHEN she comes back… she can hopefully get the title, but for now… all she can do is rest and recover. Without thinking about retirement.
I’m hoping that Torrie gets better with her back. Many times, wrestlers are told to never wrestle again, but look at Ric Flair and Lita. Ric wrestled for 33 plus years while Lita left on her own terms 4 years after being told to never go back to the ring. If Torrie gets surgery, I hope it will help.Maybe she will need surgery to hop back into the ring. Either way, Torrie will probably be back in the ring, as she is a strong woman.

I love Torrie to bits. she is the best diva the wwe as (along w Victoria). it just seems that she got the sh*t end of the stick if you dot mind me sayin. things have come in her way of gettin the title, but when it comes down to it Torrie doesnt need a piece of gold around her waist to prove or make her- she’s worked hard and achieved a lot- anyone who knows a single thing about wrestling knows that she’s one of the greatest. she is a billiant wrestler and looks phenominal- the womens title would be the icng on the cake- we as fans all know the true skill and ability Torrie has.
