Well folks, it’s officially November which means we are just two months away from a brand new year! As the year begins to wind down and everyone looks forward to Christmas, we’re feeling reflective. We’re hoping to compile your top five Golden Moments of 2007 to celebrate the year’s end!
What exactly does that mean? Well, we want your suggestions on what you think has been some of Torrie’s top moments of the year. I know it’s hard to think all the way back to the beginning of the year - but some of you guys must have a better memory than I do! If you have a suggestion for our shortlist, please leave a comment and let us know! We’ll then pick ten moments and put it down to a vote, with the top five Golden Moments being revealed at the end of the year! Once you’ve voted for your Golden Moments, we’ll be reminiscing with clips, screen captures, pictures, scans and hopefully quotes from Torrie too!
So what have some of your 2007 highlights been? They don’t just have to be TV moments, they can be photoshoots, magazine covers - anything you can think of! Let us know by commenting, we’ll be taking suggestions until the end of the month. The shortlist will then be revealed on December 1st and voting will open for the top five!
Edit: When you make a suggestion, please try to be as detailed as possible, so we know which moment you are talking about. This isn’t so much important if your suggestion is a magazine cover or photoshoot, although it would help to link to a photo/scan etc. However, when suggesting a television moment please be sure to give details including the show/pay per view and date. hmm, the top ten moments… I would have to say
1.) In April, When Torrie, Ashley and Candice defeated Jillian Hall, Melina and Victoria in the tag-team match on RAW
2.) Torrie’s WrestleMania 23 apperance as a lumberjill
3.) Torrie making the cover of the DIVAS 2007 magazine
4.) In general, this whole year. She’s improved more in thie year, than any other year shes been in WWE.
5.) The opening of http://www.officiallyjaded.com
6.) Her draft to SmackDown! in June
7.) Her long feud with Victoria
8.) Lasting for as long as she did in the SummerSlam battle royal
9.) Making her apperance as a “Babyfae” in Timbalands music video “Throw It On Me”
10.) Torrie’s new action figure/ Her 7th THQ video game apperance.
I think those are the best moments. I don’t really think getting injured by her “ex-boyfriend” is really a great moment in her career, but if thats what the fans think… lol
umm My top moments was when
1.Torrie, Candice, Ashley defeating Melina, Jillian, Victoria
2: Torrie slapping Carlito
3. Torrie winning against Victoria! in her first match on SD
Torrie and Victoria fued any will do
Torrie lasting long in the battle royal at summerslam
Opening of her clothing line jaded
Torrie knocking down Victoria in the battle royal (So funny)
Torrie winning her first match back on SD was the best moment of 2007 for me
Torrie has won a few matches in her career so I wouldn’t say winning her first match back on Smackdown as a ‘golden moment’.
I’d say;
1. Opening OfficiallyJaded
2. Finally ending the useless storyline with Carlito
3. Being featured on Timbaland’s “Throw It On Me” music video
4. Her long feud with Victoria showing everyone how much she’s improved/improving in the ring.
5. Taking part in WrestleMania… even if it was as a Lumberjill
